Brian Goldenberg (Artistic Producer)
For Angelwalk Theatre: Altar Boyz, The Last Five Years, [title of show], Songs for a New World. Brian is the founding Artistic Producer for Angelwalk Theatre. A two-time graduate of York University (BFA in Music, Schulich MBA) in Toronto, he works professionally as a theatre producer, music director, songwriter and performer. Brian is also the Artistic Producer for Vanier College Productions at York University, has worked as the Assistant Producer for Acting Up Stage Company (The Light In The Piazza, A New Brain, Edges) and as a business consultant for Dancap Productions. He was the producer for the Future Aces 50th Anniversary Gala at the Toronto Centre for the Arts, featuring Michael “Pinball” Clemons, The Nathaniel Dett Chorale and CTV’s Marci Ien. Brian has performed for many years on both piano and trumpet, and currently performs regularly with his Brass Quintet, Magnus Brass. As a songwriter, Brian won first-place in an In Front Magazine Music Contest for his song “Music Will Always Lead Me Home”, and wrote the music and additional lyrics for the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Foundation Theme Song. His original musical, Seven of Us made its Toronto debut in the 2010 Toronto Fringe Festival.  Select theatre credits include: Altar Boyz, The Last Five Years, [title of show], Songs for a New World, Urinetown, Little Women, Into the Woods, A Chorus Line, West Side Story, and Chess. Brian is a recipient of the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Citizenship Award (1999) and the Herbert H. Carnegie Future Aces Foundation Aces in Action Award (2010).

Kevin Horton (Executive Producer)
For Angelwalk Theatre: Altar Boyz, The Last Five Years, [title of show], Songs for a New World. Kevin is a founding member and Executive Producer for Angelwalk Theatre. He holds an MBA from York University and graduated from the Seneca Theatre Performing Arts program. Kevin has spent over 10 years with IBM Canada, most recently as a Financial Sales Executive with the corporate financing division. He received the 2009 IBM Award of Distinction for Community Service and is an integral contributor to the annual Employee Charitable Foundation. Kevin is an active supporter of the Toronto theatre community, having held Board positions and participated in Tarragon Theatre’s Young Patrons Committee. An avid performer, Kevin recently appeared onstage in Beauty and the Beast (Marquee Productions) and Waltzing …Still (Stone Circle Theatre).

Erika Rueter (Marketing/Publicity Manager)
For Angelwalk Theatre: Altar Boyz, The Last Five Years, [title of show], Songs for a New World. Erika Rueter is the General Manager of Talk Is Free Theatre in Barrie. Previously she spent four years working as the Marketing and Publicity Manager at STAF in Toronto. She has worked and volunteered at numerous arts organizations, building a strong background in arts administration and public relations. Erika has led many marketing and publicity workshops within the arts community and is a contributor in the Toronto Alliance for the Performing Arts‘ upcoming publication The Indie Theatre Producer’s Guide. She holds a Bachelor of Music with Honours from Queen’s University and has considerable knowledge of the Canadian arts and entertainment scene not only as an administrator, but also as an active performer.

Jonathan Shaboo (Marketing/Development Coordinator)
For Angelwalk Theatre: Songs for a New World. Jonathan is in his second season with Angelwalk Theatre. Jonathan is currently in the last year of an Honours BA degree in Psychology at York University, where he has actively participated in and supported the performing arts throughout his scholastic career, namely his work with Vanier College Productions as an actor, assistant director and production assistant. Alongside theatre, Jonathan is an avid musician, having played in select jazz and show bands, as well as performing with the York University Gospel Choir.

Stella Lee (Marketing/Communications Assistant)
For Angelwalk Theatre: Songs for a New World. Stella is a graduate of Queen’s University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science. Most recently she completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College. Stella has always had a passion for the performing arts and is an active theatre patron. She worked as a marketing coordinator for Angelwalk Theatre’s production of Songs for a New World and currently works as Communications Intern at Springfree Trampoline.

Elizabeth Man (Graphic Designer & Webmaster)
For Angelwalk Theatre: [title of show], Songs for a New World. Elizabeth graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Music in Film Scoring and Contemporary Writing & Production from Berklee College of Music and also holds an AOS degree in Graphic Design from Pratt Institute. Elizabeth has performed in Japan, Ghana, San Francisco, Detroit, Vancouver, and Edmonton, worked as a Composer & Sound Designer in NYC, orchestrated for the Toronto Philharmornia and Toronto Chamber Orchestra, and interned as a graphic designer for The Food Network Magazine and Carnegie Hall. She loves music and the arts and enjoys the opportunity to combine her two passions working at Angelwalk Theatre.
